Tangentially this and all present thoughts and concerns about Palin have come from the poor stroke of luck in Mike Huckabee’s past week in which a prisoner he gave clemency to went to Seattle and killed 4 cops before being killed himself later in another skirmish.

Now I couldn’t care who the republicans pick. It’s going to be a tough election or a mandate, but we will see a 2nd Obama administration. But what I AM worried about is the sudden yellow brick road that is being laid out for the cultural waste of time we so lovingly see on cable just about 24/7. Palin is more than capable of tripping herself up between now and then and plus the Republicans are practically on SSI when it comes to fighting dems like Obama and the Clintons(who are there watchful like hawks.).

So the wet dream of “Malibu Barbie” just comes on for the fair balancing act and to watch the Hindenburg burn with such humanity.

Politics are a real disgrace sometimes. Because unfortunately in a democracy sometimes the other side wins…sometimes ignorance is the priority…but sometimes this clumsy electorate can dust itself off and beg for what it needs. I saw it happen in 92. A campaign that I felt had more cultural kick than most of the Obama campaign…here was a young man who had never served in the military, was raised primarily as a black child in a small town in Arkansas…yet the will of the right people was represented when they were encouraged and educated.

Inhale or not at least Clinton opened the door for Barack to get a bit cocky about street cred later. But fuck it. These were topics on the table due to the campaign in 92.

1992 was the most productive year my generation ever had.

So sometimes there are Palins and all that down crap. Blurry images of some of the meanest and stupidest portions of our population gather like she’s just landed at Devil’s Tower.

I’m just glad her tour is well scheduled and posted so I know when not to go to certain cities……
